Introduction to hyaluronic acid

The quantity and quality of hyaluronic acid, a natural component of the body, gradually decreases over time. Also, the fatty volumes of the different areas of the face dissolve. The dermis having lost some of its hydration, more or less deep wrinkles form and appear.

For whom? For what?

Hyaluronic acid injections are performed to fill in dehydrated areas of the face and/or areas that have lost their natural volume. The injection area is treated according to the depth of the hollow it presents. The fluidity of hyaluronic acid is then adapted to the needs and profile presented by the patient. Indeed, hyaluronic acids that are more or less cross-linked and therefore more or less fluid will offer distinct results.

Hyaluronic acid restores the volumes of the cheekbones, nasolabial folds and lips, and fills both superficial and deep wrinkles on the neck and décolleté, under-eye circles, and nasolabial folds.

Hyaluronic acid injections allow for subtle and natural reshaping of sagging contours.

How?

A fine needle is inserted into the area to be treated; allowing for the distribution of an appropriate dose of hyaluronic acid in the dermis for a natural result. The hyaluronic acid injected into the dermis acts as a filling product, restoring volumes and rehydrating the skin of the face. Micro-injections using a very fine needle are performed, which makes the procedure less painful because it is minimally invasive.

For how long?

The duration of the effects of hyaluronic acid varies depending on the product and the quantity injected into the skin envelope. The results of hyaluronic acid can be visible for up to two years.

And then?

Micro-injections can cause slight redness and bruising that disappear very quickly after the procedure.

Hyaluronic acid as a resorbable filling product is naturally biodegraded by the body.

Price?

Price based on the injected area: starting from €300 excluding taxes.
